We are excited to welcome you as you begin your studies at UC Irvine. To help you navigate a new campus and the Film and Media Studies (FMS) program, we invite you to a series of events on Wednesday, September 24th in Humanities Gateway 1070.
- 12:00-1:00 PM: First-Year Student Orientation
- 1:00 -2:00 PM: Transfer Student Orientation
- 2:00-3:00 PM: FMS Welcome & Meet Your Faculty (*This orientation is for all FMS students)
From 9:30 am to 2:00 PM, drop by and visit the FMS student lounge, Media Editing Lab and FMS Library on the second floor of Humanities Gateway to learn more about our spaces. FMS merch will be provided along with informational materials so you'll want to make an appearance. Don't miss this great chance to learn more about your department, meet your current and future instructors, and connect with your new classmates!
