Each year, the Department of Film and Media Studies celebrates the works of our student filmmakers by screening a selection of films made in recent production courses. Please enjoy the films of our 2025 Spotlight Showcase.
Since 2017, Professor Rony has crafted this event to highlight the work of our students and the strength of the curriculum of the department's many production courses. The event also features alumni filmmakers representing the next generation of directors, screenwriters, and cinematographers. Professor Rony recently retired to produce a feature-length version of her award-winning animated short film, Annah La Javanaise.
