Patrick is a PhD candidate in English and a teaching associate in the composition program at UCI. He enjoys talking about all types of media in his classes and coaches students to develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. Recent course subjects have been on social protest literature, the rhetoric of gig work, climate change and environmental activism, and global labor struggles.
