Movie & Pizza Night "On Becoming a Guinea Fowl"

On Becoming a Guinea Fowl (2024) is a surreal Zambian drama directed by Rungano Nyoni that follows Shula, who discovers her uncle's dead body on a road. As the family gathers, the film explores the complex, suffocating realities of grief, familial secrets, and systemic patriarchy in a middle-class African setting.
