The 4+1 B.A./M.A. program is a unique opportunity available to all current UCI undergraduate students, regardless of major. 4+1 students build upon their undergraduate work to complete a Master’s degree in one additional year beyond the completion of the Bachelor’s degree. Graduates will not only be equipped with skills necessary to pursue graduate study at the Ph.D. level, but will be prepared for careers in a variety of public and private sectors.
