To ensure accurate UCPath entry for those who are retiring, please have them fill out the attached retirement notice and send it to Mindy Han.
One-Time Payment:
AP office confirmed that for one-time payments that clearly fall within policy, such as faculty from another UC giving a talk at UCI, they do not need a separate preapproval but they are asking that we submit the UPAY forms prior to the event (ideally, 1 month ahead of time), not after for the time being,
