UCPath:
Recalled Senate faculty are allowed to be put on a short work break (SWB) in UCPath if they are guaranteed to return for a future quarter. All paperwork should be submitted for current/future appointments prior to entry. The reason code for the SWB entry will be “Variable Appointment”.

Thank you for your assistance in processing OATS. We have 83% completion as of now. Annual Disclosure are due on Friday, January 15th to the AP Office with the chair and the dean’s approval. Please work with those who are still outstanding,
