Below are the updated PMRC Guidelines from Central Human Resources office. Once you have Penny’s approval on staff actions, please contact Haleema Sood to start the PMRC approval process.

Bi-weekly Timesheets:
With the holidays closer, please remind your bi-weekly staff that timesheets are due on Tuesday, 12/21/21 at noon. Approved bi-weekly timesheets are due from supervisors Wednesday,12/22/21 @10am.
OATS Deadline:
School deadline for the completed OATS submission is December 17, 2021. We need time to review and process them by January 15, 2022 AP deadline. Please encourage those who hasn’t submitted to do so immediately.
