12/3/2021: Promotions/Tenure, Non-reappointments, Advancement to Professor VI, Above Scale Actions, Fifth Year Reviews
AP File Prep:
Per AP, the watermark is required to be on the Winter, Spring, and Fall 2020 evaluations. If they are not showing up automatically, they will need to be added in by the department. This can be done in Adobe PDF and the watermark is only required on the first page of each course. This information will not be updated on the AP website and AP has been advising schools individually.
If the AP-22 form Section: Academic Employment History exceeds the table, please continue the employment on a second blank page.
The faculty’s preferred name in UCPath is the data AP Review pulls from. It is OK for departments to create files under their “preferred name.” If faculty want to change this on their file, they will have to do it themselves via UC Path self service.
UC OATS:
Please continue to encourage your senate faculty members to complete the OATS for July 1, 2020 through 6/30/2021 by 12/17/2021 to meet the AP deadline, 1/15/2022.

These training sessions are highly recommended for a new and continuing department personnel who manages J-1 and H-1B visas. See attached email for details.
