Multi-Factor Authentication is now REQUIRED for all systems that use WebAuth. You can either use your Smart Phone or you can use a hardware token to authenticate. If you choose to use your Smart Phone, you need to install an app called DUO Mobile, which you can get from the Apple App store or Google Play Store (for Android phones).
