Translating a Stateless Language Workshop

The second annual Translating a Stateless Language Workshop will bring together translators working to or from Western Armenian to workshop excerpts from ongoing translation projects. This year's seminar will turn toward practice-based engagement, offering selected participants the opportunity to share and refine their works in progress among a group of peers and invited experts.

The workshop (by invitation only) is organized by UC Irvine's Center for Armenian Studies and made possible by the Office of Research funds from the Humanities Center and the co-sponsorship of the International Center for Writing and Translation.  Members of the UCI Campus community interested in attending should contact Prof. Houri Berberian at houri.berberian@uci.edu by February 16, 2026.
