Director/Producer Kim Giwoo has been with MBC (Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation) since 2013, working on hit comedy variety shows such as Radio Star, Infinite Challenge, and I Live Alone. He is the creator of the acclaimed reality series Adventure by Accident, which began in 2022. This program has been a critical success, earning him major accolades such as the Baeksang Arts Award, the Korea Producer Award, and the MBC Entertainment Award in both 2023 and 2024. In this talk, he will share his experiences working in the Korean entertainment industry and reflect on how Korean reality programs distinguish themselves from their American counterparts.
