Configuring Global Asias: Problems, Possibilities, Praxis

Drawing on the work of building platforms that encourage multidisciplinary engagement and the cross-pollination of knowledge across disciplinary and field boundaries, Tina Chen (Director of the Penn State Global Asias Initiative and Editor of Verge: Studies in Global Asias) explores some of the problems and possibilities raised by Global Asias as a conceptual and methodological approach to studying Asias in relation to their multiple diasporas.
