Jaime Roots, currently a lecturer in German at UCI, having finished her Ph.D. last year, has accepted a position as lecturer at UC Santa Cruz. She will be bringing her considerable expertise to the German section of Languages and Applied Linguistics there. Congratulations, Jaime!
