- Teaching evaluations - Any events in relation to a course can be reported via teaching evaluations submitted at the end of the term.
- Academic advisors - All academic advisors are mandated reporters.
- Department chairs - Grade disputes, issues with instruction and other issues that cannot be resolved with an instructor should go to the department.
