Yong Chen is a professor of History and author of Chop Suey, USA. He is currently doing a research project on the international travels of foods/dishes/beverages from Taiwan. Audrey Fong is the social media and digital content coordinator for the School of Humanities. She is one half of the boba blogging duo, @bobabitchess.
