The Department of European Languages & Studies would like to send a big congratulations to Professor Jane O. Newman for her work "Time, History, and Literature: Selected Essays of Erich Auerbach", published by Princeton University Press for being one of the winners of the Aldo and Jeanne Scaglione Prize for a Translation of a Scholarly Study of Literature from the MLA (Modern Language Association).
