May 21st, 22nd, & 23rd 2024 in HH 303 - Professor Tyrone Palmer from Wesleyan University will be presenting his Mini-Seminar
Tyrone S. Palmer is Assistant Professor of English at Wesleyan University. His research interests include Black critical thought, affect theory, poetics, and negativity. Palmer's scholarship has previously been published or is forthcoming in Qui Parle, Critical Ethnic Studies, Post45: Contemporaries, TOPIA: Canadian Journal of Cultural Studies, Discourse, and the edited volume The Affect Theory Reader 2: Worldings, Tensions, Futures. Additionally, he has published cultural criticism and poetry in a number of venues, including The New Inquiry, Gawker, The Offing, Vinyl Poetry, and Callaloo.
