Have you made some amazing art during quarantine that you would love to exhibit? The Art History Undergraduate Association at UCI (https://www.facebook.com/groups/arthistoryatuci) is hosting our eighth annual art show online! Participating artists will receive complementary, high-quality exhibition booklets and will also have the chance to receive awards for their artwork. Undergraduate students will be eligible for:
First Place- $300
Second Place- $200
Third Place- $100
Honorable Mention- $50
One graduate student submission will also be awarded our Grad Artist Award for $100.
This year's theme comes from a bullfighting term, referring to the place in the ring where the bull habitually returns and is at its most powerful. The word querencia encompasses the notion of where one draws power and can be their most authentic self.
