The UCI Art History Department is seeking volunteers to help out with the upcoming After War Conference on February 27, 2015. The conference will be running from 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. We will need extra hands to make sure the event runs as smoothly as possible!
Event volunteers assist on the event day for set-up, guest assistance and registration or clean up.
Various tasks will include:
• Organizing and setting up for evening reception (4PM-5PM)
• Clean up at the end of the reception (6PM-7PM)
Event volunteers have the opportunity to learn new skills, meet others in the community, listen in on a fascinating conversation among brilliant scholars discussing a pivotal period of time in human history, while also supporting the UCI Art History Department.
The volunteer hours count towards the AHUA Honors Certificate!
