Kinoautomat (Cincera, 1967) - Thursday, October 25th, 7PM-9PM
The "first" interactive film, Kinoautomat is a dark comedy following a day in the life of Petr Novak as he struggles to keep his marriage intact. Throughout the film, the audience is given the chance to vote multiple times on what choice Petr should make and the forking narrative unfolds according to those decisions. Emerging during the height of the Czech New Wave, Kinoautomat is both comical and a biting critique of democracy under repressive systems.

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (Mamoru Hosoda, 2006) - Thursday, November 8th, 7PM-9PM
A high-school girl named Makoto acquires the power to travel back in time, and decides to use it for her own personal benefit. Little does she know that she is affecting the lives of others just as much as she is her own. Adapted from the eponymous novel written by Yasutaka Tsutsui, this Japanese animated film is the first major work by celebrated auteur  Mamoru Hosoda.

Maggots and Men (Cronenwett, 2009) - Thursday, November 29th, 7PM-9PM
A utopian re-visioning of the Kronstadt Uprising of 1921, featuring film history's first cast of over 100 transgender actors, paints a portrait of formerly pro-Soviet sailors at the Kronstadt naval garrison who rebelled against the perceived failures of the new Bolshevik state.
