PARACHUTE KIDS is about Kelvin, a ‘Parachute Kid,’ who lives on his own in the United States as his parents work overseas to support his school and lifestyle, oblivious to his troubles and mischievous ways. Both Allen and Russell are recent UC Irvine graduates (Film and Media Studies 2007), and received their MFA degrees in Film Production from the University of Texas at Austin.
