AAPIs in 2020: Pacific Islanders in the Age of Coronavirus

In recognition of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the Humanities Center is co-sponsoring a series of conversations entitled “Asian American and Pacific Islanders in 2020” to explore disparities and racism affecting the AAPI communities in Los Angeles and Orange County.

The third event, entitled “Pacific Islanders in the Age of Coronavirus," will take place on May 20, 6-7 p.m., live-streamed on this site with the video posted afterwards.

Did you know?  There is a disproportionate rate of COVID-19 cases in the PI communities in Orange County and Los Angeles.  Learn how to address the specific needs of PI communities in social services.
