Ph.D. Candidate Stefanie Lira served as a member of the History Committee of Long Beach's 2018 Inaugural Filipino Festival that took place on May 19, 2018.
She conducted research in L.A. City Archives, family archives, the Los Angeles Public Library Photo Collection, and other primary collections to produce both a brochure that was distributed at the festival and this awesome timeline.
