To Enroll in a Chinese Language Course: Must complete a Chinese placement assessment at http://humanities.uci.edu/placement/chinese and the Chinese test can be taken anytime.
Oral Interview via Zoom:

The interview will be between 11:00 - 11:30AM on Wednesday, September 16th.

Korean:
Interviews are offered via Zoom on Thursday, September 17th, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, Pacific Time and on Friday, September 25th, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, (PT). Please email Hyunyoung Hyun no later than September 16th, 12:00 PM (PT) and September 24th, 12:00 PM (PT) to make an appointment for each interview. Please attach your language background survey form when you email Hyun, hhyun@uci.edu
Chinese:
If you have completed the online placement assessment and you are required to appear for an oral interview, you can email rhsieh@uci.edu to request a Zoom oral interview at a specific hour.
