Prof. R.A. Judy, Department of English, University of Pittsburgh, will give a presentation followed by a graduate workshop/discussion.
Prof. Judy has published _(Dis)forming the American Canon: The Vernacular of African Arabic American Slave Narrative_, as well as
articles and edited special issues on Black studies, global English studies, modern Arabic literary studies, contemporary Islamic philosophy, music, and American literature.
