Taylor Weik is a third-year Literary Journalism and Asian American studies double major at the University of California, Irvine. She has served as a staff writer for UCI’s newspaper, the New University, for three years, has been a part of the editorial board for two years and is currently the Features Editor.
Taylor works as an editorial intern for Audrey Magazine, an L.A.-based Asian American women’s magazine, while also freelancing for the
OC Weekly. She has worked as an editorial intern for Orange Coast magazine and CollegeFashionista.com, and as a multimedia intern for the OC Weekly.
When she’s not blogging or driving to and from L.A. to interview influential Asian Americans, Taylor enjoys dancing in UCI parking structures and downing unhealthy quantities of coffee and boba.
