Kat Cosby, History PhD Candidate, is one of three UCI graduate students to receive the Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Award.
The DDRA program, administered by the U.S. Department of Education, provides grants to universities to fund doctoral students who conduct research in other countries in modern foreign languages and area studies. The DDRA program is very competitive, with applicants proposing important research projects in all world regions.
