Prof. Goodwin discussed Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court, reproductive rights and the Texas abortion law in a wide range of publications and media outlets, including Ms. Magazine, WVXU’s Cincinnati Edition, Daily Beast, Intelligencer, and The 19th. Prof. Goodwin organized and participated in a panel discussion on the state of reproductive rights and justice, hosted by the Center for Biotechnology and Global Health Policy. She also participated in a panel discussion on “Is the U.S. Constitution Up to the Task of Preserving American Democracy?” organized by the Fair Elections and Free Speech Center, and moderated by Prof. Hasen. The video is available on YouTube. Prof. Hasen commented on Trump’s endorsement of candidates running for top election official roles in Arizona, Michigan and Georgia (CNN). He also was quoted on concerns about election subversion and attempts to undermine confidence in election results (AFP) and on Arizona’s election audit and its impact on trust in fair elections (Rolling Stone). Prof. Hasen also was highlighted in the Washington Post for his new paper "Identifying and Minimizing the Risk of Election Subversion and Stolen Elections in the Contemporary United States."
