The student will write 1,000 word entries about Whitfield Lovell, Kenyatta A.C. Hinkle, and Lava Thomas for the catalogue produced by Hirmer Publishers. The fellowship will pay $2,0oo.
The student will work closely with Bridget, the artists, and/or their studios to produce the contributions by March 2. Before applying, please consider if you have the time to fulfill this commitment given your other academic priorities. Attached is a brief description of the exhibition, please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions about the fellowship.
To apply: Write a statement of no more than 500 words about your interest in contributing to the catalogue and experience working with living artists. Please add a final line identifying your year in the program and advisor.
