Calling all Art History majors and minors and archeology minors: Apply for a grant of up to $1000 for projects focused on Art History topics. These awards are provided twice a year, during spring and fall. Deadline to apply for this funding cycle is November 12th, 2019.
Funds may be used for the following:
• Research travel, such as flights, ground transportation, and lodging; archival and copying fees; and other research expenses, such as translation or transcription;
• Conference travel, including registration, flights, ground transportation and lodging.
• Undergraduate student applicants must use funds for UROP or similar faculty-mentored projects. We encourage all undergraduates to take a few minutes and visit the UROP website to learn about and, hopefully, participate in this excellent program. Please note that the next UROP deadline is Tuesday, November 12th, 2019. Students applying for a FOAH travel research award related to a UROP proposal should submit a copy of their UROP application materials and confirmation of acceptance to c.flanagan@uci.edu.
