ELLEN AHN, J.D., M.S.W.
Executive Director, Korean Community Services (KCS)
As Executive Director of KCS (Korean Community Services) since 1997, Ahn has led the growth of the agency from 5 employees to over 80 with an annual budget of over $5 million. In addition to overseeing the programs, administration and development of the agency, she is active on many community based boards and coalitions, committed to issues involving healthcare, substance abuse, mental illness, family violence and ethnic communities. She holds a B.A. in History from Yale University, a J.D. from Georgetown University and an M.S.W. from the University of Southern California.



SHIKHA BHATNAGAR, M.A.
Executive Director, South Asian Network (SAN) 

SAN is a grassroots organization providing outreach and
education, direct service, and policy advocacy to the South Asian community in Southern California. Bhatnagar has held executive leadership roles with Teach For India and Akshaya Patra, the world’s largest NGO run school lunch program, and was a Presidential Management Fellow in the International Trade Administration for the U.S. Dept of Commerce. She received her B.A. in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her MIA (Master of International Affairs) from Columbia University.
