The AAS200C seminar introduces students to models of community-engaged learning and leadership that are central to the field of Asian American Studies. Course assignments and weekly guest speakers, from California-based non-profit organizations, are designed to address the histories of Asian Pacific Islander communities and contemporary social/political issues.
