Yong Chen is professor of History and author of Chop Suey USA.  He is currently doing a research project on the international travels of foods/dishes/beverages from Taiwan, which is supported by a grant from the CCK Foundation.

Audrey Fong graduated with a B.A. in English from UCI in 2019 and is now the social media and digital content coordinator for the School of Humanities. She is one half of the boba blogging duo, @bobabitchess.
