AAPIs in 2020: Mobilizing Our Communities, Stronger Together
In recognition of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the Humanities Center is co-sponsoring a series of conversations entitled “Asian American and Pacific Islanders in 2020” to explore disparities and racism affecting the AAPI communities in Los Angeles and Orange County.
The final event, entitled “Mobilizing Our Communities, Stronger Together" will take place on May 27, 6-7 p.m., live-streamed on this site with video posted afterwards.
In a time where anti-Asian American and Pacific Islander rhetoric is abundant, our panelists discuss their tactics and explore how we can work together to stand up against hate.
