This is the first of a three-part series on the contemporary situation of Armenian communities in the Middle East. This series will be a very timely and thought-provoking intervention during a tense time in the homeland, region, and beyond. By focusing on the Armenian minorities, broader questions regarding diaspora, minority politics, migration, and more will be examined. The first session will focus on Lebanon. The second, in Winter, will focus on Syria and Iran; and the third, in Spring, on Turkey.
