DIA delivers a growing archive of digital images and provides the UCI campus community with the ability to search the Visual Resources Collection’s extensive catalog of existing 35mm slides. The images represent world art and architecture—from prehistory to the present— with collateral material related to various fields of endeavor in the Arts and Humanities.

DIA and the VRC provide UCI with images for educational purposes only—research, teaching, and study. In order to comply with copyright legislation and the current intellectual property environment, DIA access is restricted to UCI only, with the following protections in place:

· Users must have a UCInetID for access.

· Off-campus access necessitates the use of the Virtual Private Network.

· Users must accept a copyright agreement to gain access to DIA.
