How to Submit an Independent Study Proposal

• Student must completely fill out the Independent Study Proposal (ISP) Form which can be obtained from the Spanish and Portuguese Department (HH 322) or the Undergraduate Humanities Dean’s Office (HIB 143).  After student fills out the form he/she needs to sign and date it at the bottom.

• Student then needs to take the ISP form to the Spanish & Portuguese Department and hand the proposal to the front desk representative who will obtain all the necessary approvals

• Student will be notified by email of when to pick-up the proposal at the Department

• Student will submit the form to the Undergraduate Humanities Dean’s Office for final approval
