To pre-register for the Seventh Biennial Conference in Toronto in August 2008, please use Payment Option 1 and then select your desired 'Conference' Pre-Registration item from the last four items in the list box.

To avoid error messages, please ensure that the billing address you enter matches the address at which you receive the bill for the credit card you use for the on-line payment. The shipping address can be different and refers to the address where you wish to receive your copy of the journal or other society correspondence.
