My experience at Talley and Associates has been overwhelmingly positive. The employees and managers are friendly and warm. The work is also extremely rewarding, challenging, and interesting. My projects often involve coordinating with other people in the office and this helped me improve my team work abilities while getting to know the people I work with better. Through my work with the Rental Assistance program, I have gained knowledge of the operations of mobile home parks, and it has been very gratifying helping disabled and disadvantaged residents in mobile homes who have trouble paying their monthly rent.

Working at Talley and Associates I have gained a much better understanding of the intricacies of working in a business organization from daily tasks to challenging projects. Making and taking calls has also helped me greatly improve my communication skills in a porfessional work environment. In addition, staff meetings helped me to feel like I am truly part of the organization. Interning at Talley and Associates has definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.
