Other Department Accomplishments
- Thanks largely to the dedication of Professor Laura Mitchell, the UCI History Department secured a “Career Diversity Implementation Grant” from the American Historical Association
- Six History majors participated in the schoolwide Undergraduate Research Opportunites Program. Visit urop.uci.edu to read their abstracts.
- The 2017 History Internship Program placed 15 students at local internship sites.
- 11 students completed research projects in 2018’s Undergraduate Advanced Research Seminar.
