SPEAK Comments Request Form

In order to request your SPEAK test rater comments, please fill out the following information and submit the form. You will receive an email when your comments are ready to be picked up.

All comments will need to be picked up from the HIRC front counter, located in 269 Humanities Hall.

*NOTE: Your SPEAK score will *not* be included with your the raters' comments. Contact your department to receive your score.
