As indicated in award letters, grant recipients are required to submit a report of research activities at the conclusion of their project. The report must include both a narrative and a report of expenditures.
The narrative should briefly explain how your award helped you complete the project; if and how the project contributed to any ongoing research; and, if a graduate student, how the project contributed to your dissertation.
Your report should also include a simple listing of expenditures:
Travel -- airfare to Mexico City -- $500
Lodging -- three nights' stay, including meals -- $150
Other expenses -- membership to research collection -- $50
Total Expenditures -- $700
