Using the Wireless Network on the UCI Campus

Prior to using the wireless network, you must supply the MAC (Media Access Control) address of your wireless card to NACS. Instructions regarding how to find your MAC address can be found at:

Registering your PC can be done on-line and you need your UCInetID to register. Here is the URL:

It may take up to an hour before the network is activated for you.

Note: You can create a temporary wireless connection for a guest speaker, lecturer, etc. You can designate the connection as 'guest' when you register and select any time from from one day to four weeks.
