$500 per quarter fee offset is available for PhD students who advanced to candidacy up to a maximum of 18 enrolled quarters (6 years) and are not more than nine quarters post-advancement. TAs/Associates/Readers [ASE appointments] receive balance of fees of approximately $167.50.
Please complete an In-Candidacy Fee Offset Grant application [available in the Forms section of the Humanities Graduate website] and submit the form to your Graduate Program Administrator. Applications must be submitted to the Humanities Graduate Dean’s Office at least one week prior to the enrollment deadline for the quarter.
