Course description:
Read unedited contemporary Japanese fiction, essays, and drama.
Become more comfortable with the rich variety of written forms making up the fabric of everyday Japanese life. The emphasis is on reading comprehension of authors such as Murakami Haruki, Yoshimoto Banana, Kawakami Hiromi, and Nagai Ai.
