Other CTI Activities

The following pages provide a sampling of various CTI activities in addition to its regular ILCT and WLL that the CTI has hosted or co-sponsored, including lectures by invited international speakers and other one-time lectures, special programs like “Bridging the Gaps” (1995 to 1997) and various workshops and conferences, such as our Derrida Deleuze conference planned for Spring 2002.

Our German-American Research project (1994-1997) involving
scholars from Germany and the United States, Multiculturalism,
Transdisciplinarity, and Teaching in an Intercultural Perspective.

Although separate from it, CTI members are closely affiliated with the Critical Theory Emphasis program; various CTI members serve or have served on the CTE Core committee, and many have taught advanced courses for the Emphasis or directed its annual, year-long critical theory workshops.
