Chris Khachadour receives OC Trex Armenian Studies Scholarship

Chris Khachadour, a double-major in history and political science at the University of California, Irvine, has earned the fall 2018 OC Trex Armenian Studies Scholarship. The Orange County Triple X Fraternity created the scholarship to advance Armenian Studies at UCI.
"As a full time student who works two jobs, this scholarship will allow me to focus more on my education during my senior year at UC Irvine," said Khachadour. "I cannot say how thankful I am for the OC Trex Fraternity and the UCI Armenian Studies Program for providing me with this amazing scholarship."
Khachadour is a fourth-generation Diasporian Armenian who has taken several classes in the UCI Armenian Studies Program and recently helped catalogue several hundred Armenian-language and related books donated to the UCI Libraries.
