Please join us next Thursday, January 18th in welcoming Jason Magabo Perez, professor of English and creative writing at CSU-San Bernadino, to the Univerisity of California, Irvine campus. Dr. Perez will lead a writing workshop, "Poetics as Remembrance: Experiments in Archive-Building" (12-1:30pm), in the Orange County & Southeast Asian Archive Center. In the evening, he will read excerpts from his debut book THIS IS FOR THE MOSTLESS, which will be on-hand for sale & signing (UC Irvine Cross-Cultural Center, 7pm).
